国际刑事法院拒绝菲律宾前总统杜特尔特缺席听证会的请求

当地时间19日，国际刑事法院检察官正式驳回菲律宾前总统杜特尔特放弃出庭权利的请求。 The document said there was no valid reason for Duterte not to appear at his confirmation hearing.
